Please make sure that I am aware of any classes that they will be unable to attend in the following term , in order for your invoice to be adjusted accordingly.

2. Reminders - A term reminder/invoice will be sent out two weeks before the start of the new term. This will include a date by which the term fees should be paid. Any late payment will incur a fee of £10.

3. Confirmation -Please where possible send a confirmation email that payment has been sent. Also if your child should have a different surname to that of the payee , please inform me of such on the contact of both the child's name and that of parents/guardian .

4. Fees - these will be invoiced for two weeks in advance of the start of a new term , any late payment will now incur a £10 late payment fee. For any known classes to be missed in a forth coming term, an adjustment will be made to your invoice and sent to you separately, so long as I have been informed ( or it is noted on the sign up sheets) during the present term.

NOTE; ONCE CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN GIVEN AND FEES SENT THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER REMINDERS SENT FOR EACH OF THE MONTHS WITHIN THE SAID TERM.

5. Cancellation due to sickness - Please inform me ASAP of such and that your child will not be attending. This will be looked at individually and where possible credit will be given, thus , I will adjust the invoice for the following term.

6. Cancellation by choice - after a terms fees have been paid , no refund will be given.

7. Changing sessions - for any reason - this will no longer be an option .

8. Fees - the present cost of a session will not rise at present until the term payment has been bedded in, therefore, at present fees are £105 per term ( £35 per month)

Information that applies to all classes

1. All children must arrive with their project to work on unless this is held at the sewing rooms. Plus all extras required to complete their project, ie. threads ( Gutterman or Coats moon thread), elastic, bias binding, zips etc ( a small charge will be made for any items provided by myself)

2. Threads -, I recommend either Gutterman or Coats moon threads. Some of the cheaper thread that can be purchase in bulk have been proving problematic with some of the machines and they are just proving not worth using

3. New projects should be discussed with me before any decision is made regards the purchase of a pattern or fabric.

4. Each child should also be arrive for class with a full kit of sewing tools ( especially pins ), that they will require to use while working on their projects ,a list of such will have been given at the point of enrolment. I do continue to hold a range of items that you can purchase direct from myself .
